KFC in Alma

Chicken was good, I would like to see healthier sides, only green beans.

Went to the drive thru and ordered the 3 piece meal with coleslaw and mash potatoes. When I got to the pickup window, I was told they were out of coleslaw. So I asked for okra. Nope out of that too and don't ask for corn either. Settled for green beans. When I got home and looked in the box the chicken looked a couple days old, really dried out. I will go to Van Buren KFC next time I want chicken.

Best KFC around and they have fried okra on the buffet.

Quite and clean and our meal was very good

Ordered 2 meals for the wife and I this evening, and it's saddening that the quality of the food has gotten this bad. Only 1.3 miles from there, and when home, food was cold, chicken was greasy, . web site says closings at 10 pm, the girl said 9 pm, and it looked like they were ready to go home. Never again.

Food was old, hard, and nasty. The service was fairly good but I will not be back.

Ordered the “about 70 pieces” popcorn chicken for $10 and when I got home there was less than 30 in the box.

Although it was clean and spacious, the food and friendliness was lacking. Rude counter worker and limited food selection at the buffet. No breasts of any kind: original extra crispy or baked. No desert and their Dr Pepper machine was out with no hint of trying to remedy that. Very disappointed

Poor service got my order wrong then when they were told they were very rude about it the place was very filthy and the chicken tasted old and cookies were old as well pictures to show the filth employees were standing around doing nothing we were the only customers in the lobby

Got an 8pc bucket “original” with mac&chees and Cole slaw. The chicken was so tiny, the breasts looked like thighs! Didn’t get any thighs! Wings were the size of fifty cent pieces. Chicken was tough, And dried out; we couldn’t eat it. The mac&cheese was runny like water was added to it!!! Third time being disappointed since the pandemic started. I’ll go to Popeye’s in Van Buren from now on!!! Must have new management 😢

Great food. I have always like this place. Great service.

It was very terrible, people were all lined up waiting for there food. One guy had a call in and he was so upset. He got the manager and ended up getting a refund. One guy told me he been waiting on a 2 piece box meal for over 20 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes on 2 # 9 meals. I said the heck with it and got my refund. Seem like the people getting the buffet were doing fine but if you got a box meal you were in trouble. People were coming in from the drive threw even complaining. Better get it together kfc

All you can eat Buffett. Food was ok. Restrooms stunk.

Well, They have an all you can eat buffet at this location, but you haf to ask for breast pieces and drumsticks.

Food was good but had to remind the person checking us out (twice) to charge us the correct amount; the potpies were on sale. The manager was disrespectful to the gentleman who checked out before us when he complained that he had been overcharged for his potpies. If the store advertises special deals, they should honor them graciously and automatically.

Worst Kentucky fried chicken I have been to. Purchased 12 piece bucket with 3 large sides. Had to tell the guy 3 times 2 slawes and 1 mashed potatoes. Was told out of original, OK give me extra chrispy, told only dark meat. I will wait. After waiting get home no biscuits and only 10 pieces of chicken! Don't waist your money!!!

This is good food, and I like there service.

I've eaten at KFC restaurants from Minnesota to Texas, South Carolina to Arizona....but this one curbed my taste soo bad that I could not believe it was actual KFC, or chicken at al, for that matter. I don't even know how they're still in business! The chicken tasted like cold greasy bread, no biscuit wasn't the $5 fill-up, the drink was flat and warm, and the pieces were small, which didn't matter due to the taste. We ended up going down the road to the truck stop, and sad to say, it tasted better than KFC. Smh
